Doug Demko

President / Director of Operations

Doug is a seasoned pilot, adding his in-depth knowledge and understanding of the aviation industry to Skystream Jet as President. He began his career at Embry Riddle Aeronautical University, obtaining a Bachelor of Science degree in Aviation and becoming a Certified Flight Instructor prior to graduation. He continued his education at various locations with Flight Safety and Simuflite and went on to become certified to fly as Part 135 Captain on Gulfstream and Cessna Citation jets.

 

In 2008, Doug came to Skystream Jet as a pilot and has since taken on multiple roles throughout the company, working his way up to being named the Director of Operations and President of the organization. In addition, he continues to maintain his Certified Flight Instrument Instructor status and oversee all departments of operation. These credentials, along with thousands of hours of flight time, make Doug uniquely qualified to lead flight operations for Skystream Jet. With his expertise and enthusiasm for aviation, we have focused our services, streamlined our processes and embarked on a path of growth.

Jason Warren

Vice President Charter

Jason has many aviation accomplishments in addition to managing our charter sales department. Prior to coming to Skystream Jet, he was an Accountable Manager for a FAA Part 145 Repair Station that serviced Fixed and Rotary wing aircraft and was Vice President for a FAA 135 Air Carrier where he managed and operated 21 aircraft that included piston, turbo prop, jets and helicopters. He was also instrumental in building and implementing a new business plan, operational processes and the financial reorganization of a large independent fixed base operation. He is driven by strong customer satisfaction, while building sales and business development. As Vice-President of Charter, he is focused on meeting our clients’ needs, providing customized experiences in the air and on the ground.

David Del Corso

Director of Maintenance

Skystream Jet is committed to maintaining the highest standards in the industry, starting with the rigorous care and maintenance of our fleet. In 2014, Dave Del Corso joined Skystream Jet as Director of Maintenance. He is responsible for the aircraft maintenance, reliability, airworthiness and regulatory compliance of our expanding fleet. Dave got started in aviation as an aircraft mechanic in the airline industry more than 25 years ago. After 17 years, he focused his career on the private jet sector, serving in various aircraft management roles throughout the industry. Dave holds an Associates degree in Specialized Technology from the Pittsburgh Institute of Aeronautics, has an FAA Airframe and Powerplant license as well as being licensed by the FCC.

Philip Adornato

Chief Pilot

Our pilots undergo extensive, ongoing training to help maintain our flawless safety record. Serving as Chief Pilot is Philip Adornato, an accomplished pilot himself. Philip began his career in aviation at the age of 16 with his father as his flight instructor. He became a Commercial Pilot at 18 and Certified Flight Instructor at 19, building his experience by towing banners and gliders, flying skydivers, and as a flight instructor. At the age of 22, he became a corporate pilot and earned several jet type ratings including 2 single pilot types. He has also been part of the Black Diamond Jet Team, as the Media Pilot and Safety Observer flying the Czech made AV-L39.

Lt Col John Baum

Director of Safety

John “Slick” Baum is a retired U.S. Air Force Lieutenant Colonel, co-founder of Draken International, former USAF Thunderbird #2 pilot, USAF Weapons School (Top Gun) Graduate and Instructor. Slick has amassed 4,600 flying hours in the F-16, T-38, T-37, and L-39, including over 265 combat hours. Lt Col Baum brings with him tremendous experience and an in depth knowledge of safety at all levels. We consider ourselves very fortunate to have him as our Director of Safety.
